What Is LOVE?

So much hate in the world, so much poverty and disease.

So I sit back and think about this question asked by the Black Eyed Peas.

“Where is the Love?”

More like, What is love? Because this term I’m not familiar.

Is it in a perfect girl? Because I’m still waiting for love to reveal her.

And until that time, I wont just give anyone affection.

But the more I grow, I learn love is not about perfection.

With that idea I stop and pause. Because there’s something so beautiful about one’s flaws.

I guess love really has no laws.

Love is never on time, and is never exact.

Love is a rebel, I guess that’s why opposites attract,

Sometimes love feels wrong. Sometimes it feels right.

Sometimes love takes so long, sometimes it happens at first sight.

Sometimes love takes a shape of it’s own, and can become a symbol.

Like when Wendy gave Peter Pan a kiss, in the form of a thimble.

Love is the only thing that we know since birth. Something no class can educate.

We are not born with cruel intentions, we only learn to hate.

And with hate in our hearts, our minds become bonkers.

I believe good can triumph over evil. There’s no limit to the challenges love conquers.

But sometimes we feel just s rotten, that in love we start not to believe.

But in these time’s remember to give love, and love you shall receive.
